Links to lists hosted on this site and IPD-IMGT/HLA
The hla.alleles.org website hosts lists of useful information which are included in the following collection:
- Allele lists - Find all alleles in the IPD-IMGT/HLA Database, including relevant information for each one.
- Genes List - A table of all genes within the HLA region, including previous names, descriptions, functions, and external links.
- Null and Aberrant Alleles - A list of alleles with null or abberant expression.
- Questionable expression - A list of alleles with questionable expression.
- Deleted alleles - A list of alleles that have been removed from the database, along with the reason for their deletion.
- Suffix Changes - A record of alleles whose suffixes have been changed, with explanations for the changes.
- Recognised Serology - A table of all recognised HLA serological types.
- Bw4 and Bw6 - A table of HLA epitopes corresponding to Bw4 and Bw6 reactivity patterns.
- Broads and Splits - A table of broad serological specificities and their split equivalents.
- Previous Equivalents - A table of previous equivalents for HLA antigens.
- P Groups - A table of HLA sequences sharing the same antigen-binding domains.
- G Groups - A table of HLA sequences with identical nucleotide sequences in peptide-binding domainss
Some of the previous lists, such as Class I, Class II, Other allele lists, protein lists, and
reference lists, have been removed from this website due to lack of usage or the size and complexity of
maintaining these files. However, this information is still accessible through the
IPD-IMGT/HLA website.
